System is currently unavailable for the entire portion of our users. This system upgrade is to ensure a seamless transition. The focus of this upgrade is towards data validation, user-management and notification service updates.

We will be performing routine maintenance and system upgrade on March 6th starting at 17:00 (UTC+8). You may not be able to access our main application for a short period of time, but we’ll have things back up and running as soon as possible to minimize disruption to you.
